Century Health Systems, Inc. (CHSI) was founded in July 2001 as a not-for-profit parent corporation for two subsidiary organizations, the Natick Visiting Nurse Association, Inc. (Natick VNA) and New Century Homecare Services, Inc. (NCHS) Each of these three organizations has a specific mission and focus, enabling the network to meet the health care needs of individuals, families, and communities.

CHSI provides management services, finance and information/communication, technical consulting, and a variety of wellness and health education programs. Natick Visiting Nurse Association is a not-for-profit, Medicare certified home health care agency. New Century Homecare Services is a private pay agency that provides home care aides, homemakers, companions, and other supportive services in the home.
