Judith Boyko, Chief Executive Officer

Ms. Boyko has a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, a Master of Science degree in Public Health from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Clark University, Worcester, Massachusetts.

Ms. Boyko has been the CEO of Century Health Systems, Inc. since 2001 – the year of its establishment. She has also served as CEO of the Natick Visiting Nurse Association, an affiliated agency of Century Health Systems, since 1981. Ms. Boyko has extensive experience in home and community health care, including visiting nurse service, broader community/public health education, and nursing education.

Claire Cofran, Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer

Ms. Cofran has a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Lesley College in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and a Master of Health Administration from Simmons College in Boston, Massachusetts. She has many years of experience with the Natick VNA, developing and improving the Business and Financial Operations of the organization.

As CFO/COO, Ms. Cofran was instrumental in developing the Natick VNA’s automated clinical record keeping, billing and data management system, as well as systems improvement in general throughout the organization.
